Safety Agency Fines Boyd Gaming $185,000 After 2 Workers Die

Nevada's OSHA fined Boyd Gaming $185,000 for nine safety violations stemming from the tragic deaths of two of its employees at the Orleans hotel-casino in Las Vegas. The two men died when they entered a manhole inside the casino to clear blocked grease. Their deaths were caused by toxic gas exposure. To read more about the workplace fines click here.
