Premises Liability (Slip and Fall) Overview

While all states differ in their particular laws for premises liabilty lawsuits, miami.injuryboard.com offers a pretty comprehensive overview. Obviously there cen be different types of slips and falls depending on which area of the country a person is in (I doubt there are many slips on ice in Miami!), but a general rule to remember is that a landowner, business owner, homeowner, etc. may be liable if a preson is injured due to neglecting to maintain his or her property.
