Police are seeking witnesses of a head-on collision in New Haven last month. New Haven police continue to investigate a Dec. 24, 2006, wreck that killed one of the drivers involved. Police said the cars collided at the intersection of Fifth Street and Hallock Avenue.

Police believe that witnesses to the collision left the scene before the police officers could interview them. Obviously, witnesses to a car accident are extremely improtant in determining how the car accident occured and who was at fault. If you are are witness to an accident, it is vital that you at the very least provide your contact information to the police officer at the scene.
