State troopers are at the scene of an accident near 300 Hatchett Hill Road where a motorcyclist was seriously injured. The accident took place in East Granby. The accident involved a motorcycle and a passenger car. The motorcyclist was taken by ambulance to Hartford Hospital. The extent of the injuries to the motorcyclist are unknown at this time. State trropers are investigating the cause of this accident.
