Route 70 in Cheshire was closed Wednesday afternoon after a dump truck rolled over on top of a car.The dump truck rolled over on top of a car underneath the Interstate 84 overpass. Nevada's OSHA fined Boyd Gaming $185,000 for nine safety violations stemming from the tragic deaths of two of its employees at the Orleans hotel-casino in Las Vegas.
